I found out about a new site today run by a guy named Barrie (and as one of my best friends is called Barrie that means he instantly becomes my friend….. the strange workings of this female mind…..!) who runs a great website for teens.

Its called Fit to Defend and he teaches marital arts to under 16 year olds. He runs a not for profit organisation and gains funding from business people who want to sponsor teens.
