Dairy farmers Jeff (Duff)
Baltrusiatis and his wife Sue are hoping that their new business
venture won’t continue to be the "best kept secret in Catawba." It
would be wonderful, they noted, if the numerous scented products
produced in their farm kitchen and bearing their Willow Ridge label
would become a profitable venture.

The couple, natives of
southern Minnesota, moved to Butternut in 1990 so that they could
afford to start farming. Ten years later, they came to Catawba,
purchasing a dairy farm within the village limits.
