Do you have a plan for your life? A life plan of what you want to do
and where you are going in life? It’s been proven through research that
writing down our goals, affirmations, desires is more effective than
not writing them down because it provides us with a “map” of what we
want.

But here’s the thing! Many people don’t want to commit
the time it will take to write one out. After all we are talking about
a few hours here, and it is so highly unreasonable to expect anyone who
wants to change their life to sit down and make time for a life plan!

But when you set aside the time, energy and commitment to your life
plan you will create insights and excitement that will begin to
motivate you towards achieving your goals and getting things done. Once
you begin to successfully achieve your goals and targets you build your
confidence and feel better about yourself.

All of that just for giving up a few hours of your time !

This life coaching club for women is a fantastic resource for all women looking to be, do and have more in 2007.

I receive emails from women who would like to join my life coaching club but who tell me that they are "too busy!"

My answer to that question is are you too busy are are you just not ready to be successful?

Many people will be afraid of regularly setting and achieving their goals because then not only will they have to be taking consistent action, but things will have to change.

For many this is more fearful than staying the same (even if what they have right now stinks!)

The great thing about being in a group of fellow entrepreneurs is that we all have one thing in common. The ambition to succeed. We all recognise the value that comes from setting goals and having a clear vision to work towards. But how many people have that vision written down?

I encourage you to not only think about what you want to achieve, not only visualise what you want to achieve but also to write it down on paper so that you have it in front of you at all times.

When you do this you are led towards achieving your desires easily and effortlessly.

What do you want to achieve in the next 6 months? 3 months? 1 week?

How do you know that what you are working on today is helping you to move towards your vision?

Do you have a personal and/or professional vision?

Without direction and purpose you are like a plane with a malfunctioning engine, you can only glide along and hope that the wind takes you in a direction that you want to go!

A vision with true direction will help you recognise that everything you do has purpose and meaning.
